About
Sha Perera is a trained coach, mentor and educator who has worked with young people both in New Zealand and overseas.
Adolensence and the teenage years can be a confusing time, and many students struggle with the demands of achieveing academically while balancing friends, family and thinking about their future.
What We Do
I work with young people aged 11 - 24 to develop their confidence, resilience and to find joy in their lives.
Confidence to be themselves and eliminate negative self beliefs; resilience to bounce back from setbacks and keep going; and joy to not sweat the small stuff and make each day count.
